I like working with people who desire change and understand that for change to happen they will have to modify past behaviors and also start the new ones.

Professional Experience
For twelve years of my professional career I have been connected with international corporations, leaders of the oil and software industries. My experience within the last eight corporate years includes the role of Human Resources Director and Management Board Member within SAP Poland. In fulfilling this role, I obtained valuable knowledge and experience in the areas of change dynamics, people and talent management (recruitment, development) and company management (strategic and operational).
Although my corporate career was very successful and satisfying, there came a time when I just knew that this was not something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. When I discovered coaching I knew immediately that this was it. I left the corporate world and started my own coaching business. Now I finally know why am I doing what I'm doing.

I hold a Master's Degree in psychology from Warsaw University and have graduated from the worlds foremost coaching center CoachU in USA. I also broadened the range and scope of my knowledge at the Oxford Cognitive Therapy Center. I am an ICF accredited coach.

I believe, that we can be best only in something that we love and do with passion. I believe, that most depends on ourselves. I believe, that the more we give the more we receive.
