Coaching
Before the coaching actually begins, we will have an initial interview You will experience coaching, see how I work and decide if it can bring value to you.
I will ask you:
Why would you like to work with a coach?
What results are you looking for?
What skills do you want to learn or improve upon?
In what areas would you like to see the personal development and growth?
What is your time frame?
What has held you back from achieving your goals in the past?
We will aim to develop a focus for your coaching process. I will tell you what my background is, how I coach and what you can count on me for.
I always recommend to interview at least two coaches before deciding to work with one. I strongly believe that the appropriate "match" (fit) between the coach and the client is a must for successful relation and cooperation.
Coaching with me is delivered through the structure of regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions either by telephone or during a face 2 face meetings. Prior to each call or a meeting, clients prepare for the session using a simple preparation form that identifies what they want to work on. They forward it to me by e-mail in advance of our call. A focus for each session is established at the beginning of that session.
I encourage all Clients considering coaching to make a commitment to themselves for at least 3 months of coaching, here is why:
I want my Clients to be getting the full benefit, the continued and lasting results by working with me. You choose coaching because you want to see the result and the change. Changes require time.
Ethics
The coaching session, as your time, will be confidential, safe, honest,
fun and completely focused on you.
As a coach I work in accordance with the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation www.coachfederation.org and coaching standards of CoachU www.coachinc.com
